Alignment – an exercise for old teams and new teams, for business contexts where you cannot anticipate all the potential obstacles, when the situations where roles change so fast that any lack of attention will cost the whole team. In short, an exercise for the real business life.

The version presented in this video contains “unforeseen obstacles” and perfectly illustrates the situation when most of the team members do not see the obstacle nor how it is addressed. The differences in perspectives regarding efficiency and yield are fascinating (to say the least). It’s extremely relevant when we are not in the arena but in real business and where the stakes are high. This is especially pertinent in businesses with a large geographically footprint.
