  • Sight of mind – Horse Touch training

    What is Horse Touch Sight of Mind? Horse Touch Sight of Mind is a one-day outdoor experiential learning and development program which takes you on a trail of activities and emotions based on the hero’s journey concept. It works at the level of individual and group values/principles and it addresses the internal convergence of the team. Sight of mind is a unique opportunity to have a private conversation with yourselves so to realign to what is important to you and your team. You will work with 1-6 horses, individually, in pairs and in groups.

  • Feed forward – Horse Touch training module

    What is Horse Touch Feedforward? Horse Touch Feedforward is a one-day outdoor experiential learning and development program which uses the feedback loop in the scope of generating feedforward. Horses give action-based feedback and respond exclusively to behavior (action). They demonstrate how to use the information contained in the feedback process without taking it personally and the facilitators demonstrate how to translate it into actionable items. You will work with 1-4 horses, individually, in pairs and in groups.

    What is Horse Touch Divergent? Horse Touch Divergent is a one-day outdoor experiential learning and development program which demonstrates how you can have order without control. It’s about how to make the most out of emergent change and opportunity-based change. Horses will teach you the value of the present in terms of shifting the future and what is of real importance when navigating change. HT Divergent is also a great opportunity to do horse assisted brainstorming on existing or future projects/ideas. You will work with 1-5 horses, individually, in pairs and in groups.

    What is Horse Touch TeamCulture? Horse Touch TeamCulture is a one-day outdoor experiential learning and development program which demonstrate what is the interdependency between the individual and the team, how culture works inside a team, depending on the context and the time frame. Horses are excellent followers if they find a leader to follow. They teach the value of culture in combination with a clear leadership approach.  The program focuses on enhancing the combined competencies of the team members and it relies on the concept of social learning. You will work with 1-4 horses, individually, in pairs and in groups.
