Double loop learning

You will have an immediate feedback on your ways of working.  Then you will have the opportunity to debrief on that, learn how to and not to. Further on, you will have a second go at it. Then, upon another debrief of the results you will be assisted into translating the insights from working with the horses into your daily business and personal life.
